My name is Breanna

Welcome to a place where your well-being takes center stage, and your journey toward mental and emotional balance begins. I'm thrilled you're considering taking the step toward positive change and self-discovery, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this endeavor.

As a dedicated mental health therapist, my primary focus is on creating a safe and compassionate space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your unique journey matters, and I'm here to listen, understand, and support you every step of the way.

My approach is built on a foundation of empathy and connection. I believe that genuine human connection is a powerful catalyst for healing and growth. When we connect on a deep and authentic level, we can navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and insight. My goal is to foster that connection with you, so we can work collaboratively to uncover your strengths, address your concerns, and help you create a more fulfilling life.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth and self-improvement, I'm here to offer guidance, encouragement, and a non-judgmental space for self-expression. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion, and ultimately, a better quality of life.

Your well-being matters to me, and I'm excited to walk alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery. Please know that you are valued and heard here. If you're ready to take that first step towards a brighter future, I'm here and ready to support you on your unique journey.

Meet the Support Staff

  • My name is Bogey

Bogey is a two-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever and a therapy dog in training. Chessies love to smile and Bogey especially but sometimes their smiles can look like a snarl. (Ask your clinician if you have questions). Bogey loves giving hugs by leaning on his friends. He loves belly rubs, and walking around with toys in his mouth. He is very social and enjoys saying hello to everyone he meets.

When not at work Bogey enjoys walks, LOVES playing in the water, and learning new tricks (mostly for the treats).

  • My name is Birdie

Birdie is a 1-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Bogey’s biological sister and also a therapy dog in training. She is very vocal and loves to strut her fluff around the clinic. She is very independent but also incredibly affectionate. She loves giving kisses and cuddling.

When not at work Birdie enjoys walks, playing with her brother, and eating popcorn.
